The Daniel Walther collection consists principally of the writings and class notes of Dr. Walther, long time professor of church history at the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary. Another section is a topical file containing material collected on his various travels and on topics of interest to him. Three boxes of correspondence are also present in the collection. Dr. Walther's primary area of interest and expertise was in Reformation and pre-Reformation history, with specialization in the Albingensian Cathari and Marguerite d'Angouleme.
